    RETURNS POLICY UK

    1) Personalised items can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty or defective. This is because the item has been especially made for you and we're not able to resell it. This is inline with UK consumer law.


    2) Returns for damaged and defective items are free - we'll give you a pre-paid postage label. If you're returning the item for any other reason, you're responsible for arranging and paying for the returns shipping costs.


    3) We'll ask you to supply a photograph of the item before returning it if it's damaged or faulty. This is so we can pass it along to our printing partners to resolve the issue quickly.


    4) In the unlikely event that the item does arrive damaged or defective, we'll either offer a re-print or full refund.


    5) We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for both sale or non-sale items.


    6) All NON-PERSONALISED items have a 30 day cooling-off period. This means you can return the item within 30 days, for any reason and get a full refund.


    7) As we're a print-on-demand company we can't offer exchanges - you'll have to re-order the items after we issue your refund.


    8) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.


    9) ITEMS RETURNED BEFORE APPROVAL WILL BE REJECTED.


    10) DO NOT SEND ITEMS TO OUR MANUFACTURE'S ADDRESS ON THE BILLING/SHIPPING INFORMATION.


    11) We recommend purchasing tracked returns shipping, as we can't guarantee the item will reach us.


    12) Once we receive the returned item, we'll automatically refund you to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

    USA RETURNS POLICY

    1) We only offer returns and refunds on US orders if the item arrives faulty, damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item. We're a print-on-demand business, so we don't offer returns for customer remorse, as each product is custom-made for you (by our print providers) and we have no physical base in the US.


    2) Returns for damaged and defective items are free - we'll give you a pre-paid postage label.

    PACKAGE THE ITEMS & SEND THEM BACK

    DAMAGES & ISSUES

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.


    Please take a photograph of the damaged item and send it to us.


    Once approved we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label, for you to send the item back to us for free.


    When the issue has been logged, we'll contact you with a resolution (either a refund or a replacement depending on your preference).

    EXCHANGES

    As each item is handmade or printed on purchase we cannot offer exchanges (unless you've ordered the wrong size for clothing).


    Although, in some cases where the item is damaged we may offer you a re-print. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend you make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
